Nevada's Worker Advantage Program offers $20,000 in housing assistance to full time essential workers. Healthcare Professions

The healthcare category includes 13 qualifying roles. Physicians, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nurse practitioners all qualify. So do medical assistants, surgical technologists, radiologic technologists, and laboratory technicians. Pharmacists, home health aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and medical receptionists round out the list.

Key Requirements Beyond Your Job Title

Having an eligible job is just the first step. The home must be a primary residence priced at or below $832,750. Your certified lender will verify all of these details during the application process.
