Henderson is served by four major hospitals, each in a distinct part of the city.

Henderson Hospital at 1050 W Galleria Dr sits in the heart of the Green Valley area, surrounded by established neighborhoods and shopping centers. St. Rose Dominican Siena Campus at 3001 St Rose Pkwy anchors the southern portion of Henderson near Inspirada and other newer communities.
