Rounding out the top five, Toll Brothers operates in the luxury segment with 576 closings at a median above $745,000.

Century Communities runs a mostly online buying platform aimed at buyers who prefer a self-directed process. Touchstone Living fills the affordable end of the market as a local Las Vegas builder with a median around $369,000, primarily in the North Las Vegas corridor where land costs are lower.

Tri Pointe Homes, while smaller by volume, earns the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the Las Vegas market and has developed a reputation for quality construction and responsive service after the sale.
