Who Built Homes in Queensridge? Christopher Homes and More

by Ryan Rose

Christopher Homes was the original master developer of Queensridge, establishing the community's reputation for luxury custom construction when building began in 1996. Several other prominent builders contributed to what is now one of Las Vegas's most recognized guard gated neighborhoods.

Who Is Christopher Homes?

Christopher Homes is a Las Vegas based luxury home builder known for developing some of the valley's most prestigious communities. In Queensridge, Christopher Homes set the architectural tone by designing and building custom single family estates with European inspired exteriors, premium materials, and generous lot sizes up to half an acre. Their work in Queensridge North and Queensridge South established the community's "Little Europe" identity that continues to define the neighborhood today.

What Other Builders Worked in Queensridge?

Beyond Christopher Homes, two other major builders shaped the community. Executive Home Builders constructed One Queensridge Place, the twin luxury high rise towers completed in 2006 and 2007. These towers stand approximately 233.5 feet tall and contain 219 units across 43 different floor plans, ranging from 2,100 to 16,000 square feet. Pulte Homes built Tudor Park, an English Village style sub community with three floor plans ranging from 2,535 to 2,816 square feet, featuring distinctive tri level layouts with master lofts.

What About New Construction?

Lennar Homes is developing new construction on the former Badlands golf course site adjacent to Queensridge. This project represents the first significant new residential development near the community in nearly two decades. While the Lennar homes are technically outside the original Queensridge gates, they will bring additional housing inventory to the immediate area and may attract buyers who want proximity to Queensridge amenities and lifestyle without the higher price point of resale custom homes.

How Has Builder Quality Held Up?

Homes built by Christopher Homes and the other original Queensridge builders have maintained strong resale values, with the community's average sale price sitting at roughly $1,882,280. Many homeowners have invested in renovations and upgrades since original construction, but the underlying structural quality and architectural character remain intact. The average price per square foot of $473 reflects both the initial build quality and the sustained desirability of the community.

Ryan Rose's Take

Ryan Rose points out that one of Queensridge's strengths is the consistency of builder quality across the community. Whether a buyer is looking at a Christopher Homes estate, a Tudor Park tri level, or a One Queensridge Place condo, the standard of construction meets luxury expectations across the board.
