Lennar has been one of the most active builders in the village, contributing multiple sub communities with a range of sizes and price points. Toll Brothers brought its signature semi custom and luxury approach, offering larger homes with premium finishes. Pulte Homes, Ryland Homes, William Lyon Homes, and Woodside Homes each added their own neighborhoods, rounding out the diverse housing mix.

Lennar, Toll Brothers, and Woodside Homes have been the most active with newer construction in The Paseos. Lennar continues to deliver homes across multiple price ranges, making it one of the most visible builders in the village.
