Seven major homebuilders have shaped The Paseos since development began in 2003, creating more than 30 sub communities with over 50 unique home designs. KB Home, Lennar, Pulte Homes, Ryland Homes, Toll Brothers, William Lyon Homes, and Woodside Homes each brought distinct floor plans and price points to this Summerlin village.

Which Builders Developed The Paseos?

KB Home was among the earliest builders in The Paseos, delivering entry level and mid range single family homes. Lennar has been one of the most active builders in the village, contributing multiple sub communities with a range of sizes and price points. Toll Brothers brought its signature semi custom and luxury approach, offering larger homes with premium finishes. Pulte Homes, Ryland Homes, William Lyon Homes, and Woodside Homes each added their own neighborhoods, rounding out the diverse housing mix.

Which Builders Are Most Active in The Paseos Today?

Lennar, Toll Brothers, and Woodside Homes have been the most active with newer construction in The Paseos. Lennar continues to deliver homes across multiple price ranges, making it one of the most visible builders in the village. Toll Brothers focuses on the higher end of the market with semi custom options and luxury finishes. Woodside Homes has contributed several newer neighborhoods that appeal to move up buyers. Ryland Homes has since merged with Standard Pacific to form CalAtlantic, which later merged with Lennar.
