What Amenities Are Inside Mountain Trails?

The centerpiece of the community is a private park reserved exclusively for Mountain Trails residents. It includes two tennis courts, a half basketball court, a children's playground, and a covered picnic pavilion. Mature trees provide shade throughout, making the park comfortable even during Las Vegas summers.

Because the park sits behind the guard gate, it stays uncrowded. With 103 households sharing the space, residents rarely compete for court time or picnic tables. The intimate scale is a defining feature of life in Mountain Trails.

What Trails Village Amenities Can Mountain Trails Residents Access?

Just outside the guard gate, The Trails Community Center offers additional recreation. This 6,000 square foot facility was the first community center built in Summerlin and includes a swimming pool. Residents of Mountain Trails have full access to these shared village amenities.

The Trails Village also connects to Summerlin's 150+ mile trail system, which links parks, open spaces, and natural desert corridors across the master planned community. Joggers, cyclists, and dog walkers use the trails daily. For shopping and errands, Trails Village Center sits nearby with Albertsons, CVS, a U.S. Post Office, and more than 50 shops spanning 175,000 square feet.
