Lynora is a neighborhood of new two-story single-family homes by KB Home in southwest Las Vegas, ZIP 89141, and KB is now selling its move-in ready homes there. As of October 16, 2026, the lowest priced move-in ready home starts from $499,750, and prices change with every release.

Where is Lynora?

Lynora is in the south part of the southwest valley, ZIP 89141, in the unincorporated town of Enterprise. KB places the community at Valley View Boulevard and Le Baron Avenue, and its move-in ready homes are on Tico Falls Avenue.

Lynora does not have its own sales office. KB uses an off-site sales office at 4311 W. Gary Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89139. KB's directions: from I-15, exit Silverado Ranch Boulevard heading west, turn right on Arville Street, then right on Gary Avenue. On October 16, 2026, the page showed that office as closed, so call KB at 702-329-1756 before you drive over.

KB says Lynora is about 5 minutes from South Point and about 15 minutes from the Strip, with easy access to I-15. KB also names Mountain's Edge Regional Park as a short drive away.

What homes does KB Home build at Lynora?

KB lists two floor plans at Lynora. Both are two-story homes with a 2-car garage. KB describes the homes as about 2,069 to 2,469 square feet, with up to five bedrooms.

KB says its homes have open floor plans and energy-efficient features. KB also says it works to have its homes earn ENERGY STAR certification, though it cannot promise every home will. Ask the sales team which features come with the homes that are left.

How much do homes cost at Lynora?

On October 16, 2026, KB listed two move-in ready homes at Lynora. Both were the Plan 2175 with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and both were priced at $499,750. So Lynora starts from $499,750, move-in ready, as of October 16, 2026.

KB marks Lynora as a closeout and says to contact its sales team for pricing. Confirm the price with KB before you make plans.

KB often runs limited-time offers, and many are tied to its own lender, KBHS Home Loans. Ask which offers are live when you visit. Get the terms in writing, and compare them with a quote from an outside lender.

What are the HOA and SID costs at Lynora?

The Lynora page does not list HOA dues or a SID. KB's fine print says HOA fees are not part of its sample monthly payments. Ask KB for the HOA dues and any SID on the exact home. You can also look up the parcel with the Clark County Treasurer before you sign.

What schools are near Lynora?

KB lists three nearby schools for Lynora. They are Dennis Ortwein Elementary School on Dean Martin Drive, Lois and Jerry Tarkanian Middle School on West Pyle Avenue, and Desert Oasis High School on West Erie Avenue. School zones can change, so check the Clark County School District zoning search for your exact address.

Is Lynora a good fit for you?

Lynora fits buyers who want a newer two-story home in the southwest and want to move soon. Since KB is selling move-in ready homes, you skip the long wait of a new build. The tradeoff is choice. You pick from the homes that are done, not from a full list of lots and options.
