Century gives two easy ways to reach it from central Las Vegas. You can take I-15 to Blue Diamond Road, or take the 215 Beltway to Durango Drive.
The sales office is open Monday through Thursday, plus Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On Friday it opens at noon. Century also shows homes as "Self-Tour Available," so you can ask about touring on your own schedule.

Prices are from the Century Communities Southwind page as of October 16, 2026. Century says the Residence 2308 and Residence 2605 models are open. The plans list features like an open floor plan, a loft, and walk-in closets.
Century describes the homes as open concept with large kitchens. Listed homes name features such as LVP flooring, an 8-foot entry door, a covered patio, and a downstairs bedroom and bath. Those features can differ from home to home, so ask what comes standard on the plan you like.

Local Insight
As a Las Vegas real estate specialist, Ryan Rose suggests bringing your agent on your first visit to Southwind, so your agent is registered with the builder from day one. Compare the base price of each plan with the price of homes already under way, since the lot and the options already picked can add a lot. Ask how close each home sits to a busy street or a park. In the southwest, two homes with the same plan can feel very different because of the lot.
