LGI Homes opened Topaz at Skye Canyon in April 2026, bringing 49 townhome sites to the master plan. Pricing starts in the $380s, making it the most affordable new construction option inside Skye Canyon.

What floor plans does LGI Topaz offer?

Topaz at Skye Canyon includes four townhome floor plans. The Charleston starts at 1,256 square feet, the Frenchman at 1,432 square feet, the Matterhorn at 1,533 square feet, and the Wheeler tops the lineup at 1,665 square feet. Each plan is designed for first-time buyers, investors, or downsizers who want low maintenance living inside a master plan.

Every Topaz townhome includes LGI's CompleteHome Plus package. That bundle covers a washer and dryer, refrigerator, window blinds, stainless steel appliances, granite or quartz countertops, and a suite of smart home features. Buyers move in without writing a separate check for appliances or window coverings.

How does Topaz fit into Skye Canyon's master plan?
