The Ridges in Summerlin contains 15 distinct neighborhoods spread across 800 acres of elevated terrain in western Las Vegas. Talon Ridge offers 17 homes in a smaller, more private setting. The Pointe is the most secure neighborhood in the entire community, with triple gate access and just 12 ultra premium home sites on lots up to nearly five acres. Topaz Ridge features 88 single story homes, the only neighborhood in The Ridges dedicated entirely to one level living.

How Are the Neighborhoods Organized?
