Reverence and The Ridges are both guard gated luxury communities in Summerlin, but they serve different buyer profiles and price points. Understanding the differences helps buyers narrow their search to the community that fits their lifestyle and budget.

Price Range

The Ridges is Summerlin's ultra luxury enclave, with homes typically starting above $1.5 million and reaching well past $5 million for custom estates. Reverence covers a broader range, from the high $400,000s for Monument townhomes to roughly $1.1 million for the largest Heights homes. Buyers who want guard gated Summerlin living at a lower entry point will find significantly more options in Reverence.

Builder and Home Age

The Ridges features custom and semi custom homes from multiple luxury builders on individually purchased lots. Homes vary widely in style, size, and finish quality depending on the builder and buyer. Reverence was developed exclusively by Pulte Homes starting in 2017, giving it a more consistent look and newer construction across the board. All 23 floor plans share Pulte's design standards.

Amenities

The Ridges does not have a community clubhouse or shared amenities comparable to Reverence. Its appeal is the exclusive address, large custom lots, and proximity to Bear's Best golf course. Reverence offers the 16,000 square foot clubhouse, Skye Fitness center, resort pool, pickleball courts, and the eight acre Reverence Park. For buyers who want built in amenities, Reverence delivers more.

Community Size and Feel

The Ridges contains approximately 900 homesites on roughly 800 acres, creating a very low density, estate like environment. Reverence has 655 homes on 300 acres. The Ridges feels more spread out and private, while Reverence has a tighter community feel with shared gathering spaces and organized events.

Location

Both communities are in Summerlin West with mountain views and Red Rock Canyon access. The Ridges sits slightly south of Reverence along the western edge of Summerlin. Both have similar commute times to Downtown Summerlin, the Strip, and the airport.
