Reverence sits at approximately 3,200 feet above sea level, making it one of the highest residential communities in the Las Vegas valley. This elevation, combined with its position at the base of the Spring Mountains, gives residents panoramic views and a measurable climate advantage over neighborhoods on the valley floor.

Elevation Compared to the Valley

The Las Vegas Strip sits at roughly 2,000 feet above sea level. Henderson and most of the eastern valley range from 1,800 to 2,200 feet. Reverence's 3,200 foot elevation puts it about 1,000 feet higher than the typical Las Vegas neighborhood. This difference is noticeable in daily life, particularly during summer.

Temperature Advantage

As a general rule, temperature drops approximately 3 to 5 degrees Fahrenheit for every 1,000 feet of elevation gain. Several Reverence homes, particularly those on the eastern high points of the community, offer direct sightlines to the Las Vegas Strip.
