Buyers entering Queensridge at this level typically look at two sub communities. Fairway Pointe offers attached townhomes ranging from 1,400 to 1,732 square feet, with prices starting around $500,000. These homes provide a maintenance friendly lifestyle with access to all Queensridge amenities, including the clubhouse, fitness center, pools, and 24 hour guard gated security. One Queensridge Place, the luxury high rise within the community, also has smaller units that can fall in this range, offering a condominium lifestyle with panoramic Las Vegas views.
Mid Range Options: $1,000,000 to $3,000,000

Luxury buyers, by contrast, prioritize customization, lot size, and architectural uniqueness, and should expect higher HOA contributions proportional to property size and services.
