Las Vegas North Premium Outlets announced a wave of nine new store openings for 2026, including the first-ever physical storefront for online apparel brand BYLT and first-to-Nevada locations for Reyn Spooner, Lucchese, and Birkenstock. The outlet center at 875 S. Grand Central Parkway is already seeing some of those stores open their doors, with more on the way throughout the year.

What Happened

In mid-May 2026, Simon Property Group announced the full lineup of new tenants coming to Las Vegas North Premium Outlets. The announcement confirmed nine stores total, spread across different opening windows during the year.

The first group of stores to open included Tommy Bahama Outlet, BYLT, PINK, and Gymboree. Those openings happened in the weeks leading up to and around the May announcement. Victoria's Secret opened in late May, joining that initial wave.

More openings are still coming. Reyn Spooner, a Hawaiian heritage apparel label, is set to open its first Nevada location in June 2026. Lucchese, the Texas-based western boot and leather goods brand, is expected later in 2026 and will mark its first Nevada storefront. Birkenstock, the German footwear brand known for its cork-footbed sandals, is also slated to open its first Nevada store at the property before the end of 2026. Foot Locker is also listed among the upcoming additions for the later part of the year.

Several of these openings carry significant retail milestones. BYLT had never operated a physical retail location anywhere in the country before opening at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets. Reyn Spooner, Lucchese, and Birkenstock are each entering Nevada for the first time through this center.

Why It Matters to Las Vegas Residents

For shoppers in the Las Vegas Valley, this expansion means more options without leaving Nevada. Before these openings, a fan of Lucchese western boots had to shop online or travel to Texas or another state to visit a store. The same was true for Birkenstock in a standalone outlet format and for Reyn Spooner, whose Hawaiian-style shirts and resort wear have a loyal customer base.

The BYLT opening is notable in a different way. BYLT built its entire business online, selling performance-based basics like t-shirts, shorts, and polos directly to consumers through its website. The Las Vegas outlet location is the brand's first physical retail experiment anywhere in the country. That makes Las Vegas the testing ground for a popular online brand stepping into brick-and-mortar retail for the first time.

For families, the return of Gymboree to a physical store is a welcome change. The children's clothing brand had closed all of its stores in 2019 when its parent company filed for bankruptcy. Its reappearance at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets signals a new chapter for the brand in the outlet space.

PINK, the lingerie and loungewear brand under the Victoria's Secret umbrella, and Victoria's Secret itself both opening at the same center gives shoppers two related brands under one roof at outlet prices. Tommy Bahama Outlet brings resort-style clothing and accessories to the mix, appealing to Las Vegas residents and tourists alike who favor that relaxed, tropical aesthetic.

From a neighborhood standpoint, this kind of retail activity at a major outlet center near the I-15 and US-95 interchange strengthens the commercial fabric of the area. More destination shopping means more foot traffic, more jobs, and more sales tax revenue for the region. For homeowners in northwest Las Vegas and nearby communities, a stronger commercial corridor nearby is a positive sign for long-term property values.

Background and History

Las Vegas North Premium Outlets is located at 875 S. Grand Central Parkway in Las Vegas. It sits near the interchange where Interstate 15 and US-95 meet, making it easy to reach from many parts of the Las Vegas Valley. The center is operated by Simon Property Group, one of the largest real estate investment trusts in the United States and the owner of the Premium Outlets brand.

Simon Property Group has operated Las Vegas North Premium Outlets for years as one of two Premium Outlets locations in the Las Vegas market. The other is Las Vegas South Premium Outlets, located further south near the Strip. The North location draws shoppers from northwest Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and tourists staying near downtown Las Vegas or the Arts District.

BYLT was founded as a direct-to-consumer brand and grew entirely through online sales and digital marketing. The company sells premium basics, including t-shirts, hoodies, joggers, and shorts, with a focus on fabric quality and fit. It built a strong following among men who wanted higher-quality everyday clothing without paying luxury brand prices. Opening at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets represents the brand's first step into physical retail.

Reyn Spooner has been producing Hawaiian-inspired shirts and resort wear since 1956. The brand is based in Hawaii and is known for its reverse-print aloha shirts, which have a following among surf and beach culture fans as well as collectors. Opening a Nevada store brings the brand closer to the large population of Las Vegas residents who already shop the brand online or pick it up during trips to Hawaii.

Lucchese is a western wear institution. The brand was founded in El Paso, Texas in 1883 and has spent more than 140 years making handcrafted western boots and leather goods. Lucchese boots are known for their craftsmanship and are popular with both working cowboys and fashion-forward shoppers who appreciate western style. Nevada has a strong cowboy culture, particularly in rural areas and among rodeo fans in Las Vegas, making this a logical expansion market.

Birkenstock is a German brand with roots going back to 1774. Its cork-footbed sandals became globally popular in the 1960s and 1970s as part of the counterculture movement and have remained a staple ever since. The brand has expanded into clogs, boots, and other styles over the years. Opening its first Nevada outlet store gives local shoppers access to a wide Birkenstock selection at outlet pricing.

Gymboree's return to physical retail follows a period of corporate restructuring. After going bankrupt in 2019 and closing its stores, the Gymboree brand was acquired and revived. Its reappearance in Las Vegas is part of that broader comeback effort in the outlet channel, which has proven to be a viable path for brands rebuilding their physical retail presence.

What Happens Next

The immediate next milestone is the opening of Reyn Spooner, expected in June 2026. After that, shoppers can look forward to Lucchese and Birkenstock openings later in the year. Foot Locker is also expected to open in the second half of 2026.

As each store opens, the center will announce specific dates through its website and social media channels. Shoppers interested in any of these brands can monitor the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets website and the individual brand websites for updates.

The full nine-store expansion, when complete, will represent a meaningful upgrade to the center's tenant mix. Adding first-to-Nevada and first-ever-physical-store openings in a single year is unusual for any retail center. It suggests strong leasing momentum at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets and confidence from these brands in the Las Vegas market.

For real estate purposes, commercial leasing activity at a major outlet center can reflect broader economic confidence in a region. When national and international brands choose to open their first-ever or first-in-state stores in a market, it signals that they see that market as strong and growing. Las Vegas has continued to attract new residents from California and other states, and the growing population base makes retail investment here more attractive.

Ryan's Take

As a Las Vegas real estate agent, I pay attention to what is happening in retail and commercial real estate because it tells a bigger story about where a neighborhood or region is heading. When you see nine new stores opening at a major outlet center in a single year, including brands opening their very first physical stores anywhere in the country, that is a sign of a healthy and growing market.

The Las Vegas Valley has been adding residents at a steady pace. People moving here from California, Oregon, and other high-cost states bring their shopping habits with them. They know these brands and want access to them. Retailers know that too, which is part of why you see brands like BYLT choosing Las Vegas as the place to launch their first physical location.

For my clients buying homes in the northwest part of Las Vegas or in North Las Vegas, this kind of commercial development nearby is good news. It means more convenient shopping, more local jobs, and a stronger tax base. It also means the area is on the radar of national retailers, which is a positive signal for long-term growth.

If you are thinking about buying or selling a home in the Las Vegas Valley, I would love to talk with you about how neighborhood trends like this one factor into your decision. The retail environment around a home is one of many things that affects how a neighborhood grows and what your investment looks like over time.
