Seven Hills Henderson is not a fully gated community as a whole. The master planned community has open entry points that anyone can drive through. However, within its 1,300 acres and 25 neighborhoods, Seven Hills contains five 24/7 guard gated communities and several additional auto gated neighborhoods, giving buyers the option to choose their preferred level of security and privacy.

Five Guard Gated Communities

The five guard gated neighborhoods operate staffed security gates around the clock. Terracina is the most prestigious, featuring approximately 460 custom homes on lots up to nearly one acre with prices ranging from $1 million to over $8 million. Venezia offers roughly 70 custom homes on one third to one half acre lots, typically priced between $1.5 million and $6 million. Rapallo contains an estimated 40 to 60 custom homes built between 1999 and 2002, among the earliest luxury subdivisions in Seven Hills.

Renaissance stands out as the only guard gated community built by a production builder. Pardee Homes constructed 217 semi custom homes (80 single story and 137 two story) ranging from 2,800 to 4,600 square feet, with three sides bordering the Serket Golf Club. Presidio rounds out the guard gated enclaves as a smaller custom community with elevated terrain and golf course, mountain, and Strip views.

Gated Neighborhoods Without Guards

Several additional neighborhoods use automatic gates for access control without dedicated guard personnel. These include Avalon (a condo community built in 1999 with fitness center and two pools), The Terraces (townhomes built in 1997), Palazzo Monte (with some vacant lots still available for custom builds), Villa Villagio (built between 1997 and 2003), and Majestic Hills. These gated communities offer an added layer of security at a lower HOA cost compared to the guard gated enclaves.

The remaining neighborhoods in Seven Hills, including Crescendo, Naples, Palermo West, and Meridiana, are open access with no gates. These non gated sections still benefit from the master planned community's overall design, which features defined entry points and cul de sac street layouts that naturally limit through traffic.
