Is Inspirada Still Being Built in 2026?
Yes, Inspirada is still actively under construction in 2026. The community was planned for 11,500 homes across 1,940 acres, and that buildout has not yet reached completion. Tri Pointe Homes is currently selling new homes in multiple neighborhoods, and Inspirada recently ranked as the #12 Top Selling Master Planned Community in the country.
How Much of Inspirada Is Complete?
Inspirada opened in 2007 and has grown to include 39 distinct neighborhoods across seven villages of 200 to 250 acres each. Construction has been continuous for nearly two decades, with national builders including Toll Brothers, KB Home, Tri Pointe Homes, Beazer Homes, and Century Communities developing neighborhoods at various phases.
Active Tri Pointe communities include Arden (single family homes up to 2,735 sq ft), Capri (townhomes up to 1,924 sq ft), and Strada. These neighborhoods are selling homes now, with 99 total listings currently available across Inspirada.
What New Development Is Planned for Inspirada?
The most significant upcoming addition is the Centurion Town Center. This 24 acre mixed use project will deliver 78,756 square feet of retail space and 600 apartments when it opens in December 2026. The town center will add walkable shopping, dining, and services to a community that has historically required residents to leave for most retail needs.
Beyond the town center, additional residential neighborhoods are expected as the community works toward its full 11,500 home buildout. New phases will continue to shape the community for years to come.
What Does Ongoing Construction Mean for Buyers?
Ryan Rose advises buyers that purchasing during active development can mean access to new floor plans, builder incentives, and the opportunity to choose premium lots before they sell out. It also means the community's amenities, retail, and infrastructure will continue expanding, which tends to support long term property values. The median home price in Inspirada reached $549,000 in February 2026, up 6% year over year.
