Best New Construction Communities in Henderson 2026

Inspirada is one of the most respected master-planned communities in the Las Vegas Valley, and it is nearly sold out. With approximately 75 new homes remaining across the entire community, 2026 represents the last realistic window for buyers to purchase new construction inside Inspirada before it closes out permanently.

What Inspirada Offers and Why Buyers Have Valued It

Inspirada spans roughly 2,000 acres in the western portion of Henderson near the border with Las Vegas, positioned along St. Rose Parkway with easy access to the I-215 beltway. Of the planned 7,500 homes, approximately 7,425 have already been built and sold. The community was designed with pedestrian connectivity at its core: wide sidewalks, extensive trails, multiple community pools, pocket parks throughout each neighborhood, and a central gathering area. Home prices in Inspirada have ranged from the mid-$300s at entry level up to $1.25 million for larger Toll Brothers homes with custom finishes.

Builders and What Remains

Three builders are active in the final phases of Inspirada: KB Home, Toll Brothers, and Tri Pointe Homes. Each brings a distinct profile. KB Home focuses on personalization through its built-to-order model, allowing buyers to select finishes and configurations before construction starts. Tri Pointe has earned some of the highest customer satisfaction ratings of any builder in Las Vegas, consistently achieving five-star status in independent surveys. Toll Brothers anchors the upper end of the market with larger floorplans, more elaborate architectural detailing, and a design center experience that gives buyers considerable control over finishes. With only 75 homes remaining across all three builders, specific floorplans and lot locations are extremely limited.

The Urgency Is Real

Communities that reach final buildout do not come back. Once the last Inspirada home closes, the only way to live there is to buy resale, which means competing with other buyers, paying a markup over original purchase price, and inheriting someone else's upgrade choices. The 75 remaining new homes will not all be available simultaneously: as each phase releases, buyers who are already working with an agent will have first access through advance notification. Buyers who are not yet represented or not yet pre-approved will be at a disadvantage when each release occurs.

Schools and Location Advantages

Inspirada feeds primarily into the Coronado High School and Liberty High School zones in Henderson, both of which rank among the stronger high schools in Clark County. The location near St. Rose Parkway puts residents within minutes of Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospital, a dense corridor of retail and dining along Stephanie Street, and the broader Henderson amenity base. Commutes to the Strip run approximately 16 to 22 minutes in normal traffic conditions.

Local Insight

As a Las Vegas real estate specialist, Ryan Rose has watched Inspirada wind down over the past several years and the message for 2026 is straightforward: this is the end of the line for new construction in this community. Ryan Rose recommends that any buyer who has considered Inspirada treat this as a now-or-never decision and get pre-approved and represented before the next phase release.
