Where is Glenrock in Summerlin?

Glenrock is in Grand Park, a village in Summerlin West. Toll Brothers lists the sales center at 360 Talon Heights St, Las Vegas, NV 89138. The community is gated.

Grand Park takes its name from the village park. Summerlin says the park will span 90 acres when it is complete, and the first phase is open. Glenrock is one of several newer neighborhoods in Grand Park, so this part of Summerlin is still filling in.

Prices are from the Toll Brothers Glenrock page as of October 16, 2026. Toll Brothers also listed five quick move-in homes that day. The builder names flex space options, optional multi-gen suites, and personal choices at the Toll Brothers Design Studio. Ask which items are standard and which are upgrades.

How much do homes cost at Glenrock?

Glenrock starts from $1,398,995 for the single-story Blackwood plan, as of October 16, 2026. The top base price is $1,889,995 for the Westcliff. Base prices do not include lot premiums or Design Studio choices, so your total will likely be higher.

Toll Brothers often runs limited-time offers, and many are tied to its own lender. Ask which offers are live when you visit. Get the terms in writing, and compare them with a quote from an outside lender.

What are the HOA and SID costs at Glenrock?

The Glenrock page does not list HOA dues or SID amounts. Homes in Summerlin West usually pay a master association fee plus a neighborhood HOA. Many villages also carry a City of Las Vegas special improvement district, or SID, which shows on the property tax bill. Ask Toll Brothers for the HOA dues and the SID balance on the exact lot before you sign.

What is nearby?

Toll Brothers lists these amenities at Glenrock: gated access, common space, parks, walking trails, an event lawn, a fire pit, and an outdoor BBQ area. Owners also get access to Summerlin's trails and parks. Downtown Summerlin and the 215 Beltway are a short drive east.

The Glenrock page lists Linda Rankin Givens Elementary, Ernest Becker Middle School, and Palo Verde High School, all in the Clark County School District. A listed school is not always the zoned school, so check the CCSD zoning search for your exact address.

Is Glenrock a good fit for you?

Glenrock fits buyers who want a gated Summerlin address and room to choose between one story and two. The single-story Blackwood and Grey Crest plans suit buyers who want to skip stairs. The Terrace plans suit buyers who want a walk-out lower level and more space.

Local Insight

As a Las Vegas real estate specialist, Ryan Rose suggests touring Glenrock with your agent on the very first visit, so your agent is registered from day one. Toll Brothers lists home site premiums as an added cost, and it does not publish the amounts. Ask for the premium on each homesite and add it to the base price before you compare plans. Also ask how long the build will take, since a quick move-in home and a new build can close months apart.
