Is Southwest Las Vegas a Nice Area?

Daylight is a neighborhood of large new single-family homes by Pulte Homes in southwest Las Vegas, ZIP 89118, with one-story and two-story plans on oversized homesites. As of October 16, 2026, base plan prices start from $965,990, and prices change with every release.

Where is Daylight?

Pulte lists Daylight at 7258 Twilight Rider Court, Las Vegas, NV 89118. Pulte says the neighborhood is about 1 mile from the 215 Beltway and less than 10 miles from Harry Reid International Airport.

Pulte's area map shows shopping and dining close by, including Town Square Las Vegas, Las Vegas South Premium Outlets, and grocery stores like Trader Joe's, Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, and Smith's. It also marks Nevada Trails Park and the Silverado Ranch Community Center.

The sales center is open 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM most days. On Wednesday it opens at noon.

What homes does Pulte build at Daylight?

Pulte offers five home designs at Daylight. Three are single-story and two are two-story. They run from 3,488 to 4,952 square feet, with 3 to 5 bedrooms, and every plan has a 3-car garage. Pulte also offers an RV garage option on select plans.

Prices are from the Pulte Daylight page as of October 16, 2026. Pulte says the Royalty is a one-story design with an open kitchen and a large covered patio. Pulte also names gourmet kitchens, large owner's suites, flexible floor plans, and spacious homesites as features of the neighborhood.

How much do homes cost at Daylight?

Daylight starts from $965,990 for the single-story Royalty plan, as of October 16, 2026. The top base price is $1,102,990 for the two-story Layton.

Pulte's own fine print says its prices may not include lot premiums, upgrades, and options. An RV garage, a larger lot, and design choices can all raise the final price. Add those items to the base price before you compare plans.

Pulte often runs limited-time offers, and many are tied to its own lender, Pulte Mortgage. Pulte says you do not have to use Pulte Mortgage to buy a home, but you may need to use it to get some rate offers. Ask which offers are live when you visit. Get the terms in writing, and compare them with a quote from an outside lender.

What are the HOA and SID costs at Daylight?

The Daylight page does not list HOA dues or a SID. Pulte notes that community association fees may be required. Ask Pulte for the HOA dues and any SID on the exact homesite. You can also look up the parcel with the Clark County Treasurer before you sign.

What schools are near Daylight?

Pulte's area map marks several schools near Daylight. They include Tony Alamo Elementary School, Beverly Mathis Elementary School, Canarelli Middle School, and Durango High School. A map pin is not the same as a school assignment. Check the Clark County School District zoning search for your exact address.

Is Daylight a good fit for you?

Daylight fits buyers who want a large new home in the southwest with space for a car collection, a boat, or an RV. The three single-story plans suit buyers who want to skip stairs, and the Luminary adds a fourth bedroom on one level. The Kitchell and Layton suit larger households that want more square feet.
