The Centurion at Inspirada Town Center is a 24 acre mixed use development that broke ground on February 26, 2026, bringing the first dedicated town center to the Inspirada master planned community in Henderson, Nevada.

What Is Being Built at Centurion Inspirada Town Center?

Sansone Companies is developing Centurion as a mixed use project combining 78,756 square feet of retail space with 600 apartments. Confirmed retail tenants include a Sprouts Farmers Market grocery store, a tavern, nail salon, and wellness center. Phase One covers approximately 10 acres and includes over 80,000 square feet of retail across 9 buildings. The retail phase alone carries an estimated price tag of $60 million.

The addition of a full service grocery store addresses one of the most common requests from Inspirada residents. Currently, the nearest major grocery options require a drive outside the community. Sprouts will give the 9,600 plus residents of Inspirada a walkable or short drive option for fresh groceries and specialty foods.

When Will Centurion Inspirada Town Center Open?

The retail phase is expected to open by December 31, 2026. Construction began in late February 2026 following the official groundbreaking ceremony. The apartment component will bring 600 new residential units to the community, adding density and foot traffic that supports the retail tenants. This is the largest commercial development Inspirada has seen since the community was established.

How Will Centurion Affect Inspirada Home Values?

Mixed use town centers typically boost nearby home values by adding convenience and creating a sense of place.
