Brightridge is a StoryBook Homes community of new two-story single family homes in southwest Las Vegas, ZIP 89178, sold in two collections, Jade and Claret. As of October 16, 2026, base prices start from $549,990 for the Bristolyn plan in the Jade Collection.

Where is Brightridge?

StoryBook lists the Brightridge sales center at 9832 Raven Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89178. Both collections sell from that one sales center.

StoryBook says Brightridge is close to Blue Diamond Road, with golf courses, parks, shopping, and dining nearby. The builder also points to Red Rock Canyon and desert trails to the west, and says the Strip is about 20 minutes away.

StoryBook Homes is a Las Vegas builder that is now a division of Toll Brothers. It still sells under the StoryBook name.

What homes does StoryBook build at Brightridge?

Every Brightridge home is a two-story single family home. The two collections are very different in size and price. Here is what StoryBook publishes, as of October 16, 2026:

StoryBook says each Jade home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a loft, and a 2-car garage. Select Jade homes have a bedroom and full bath on the first floor, which works well for guests or a parent. The Claret homes add flex rooms, lofts, and 3-car garages, with room for cars and outdoor gear.

How much do homes cost at Brightridge?

Base prices start from $549,990 for the Bristolyn in the Jade Collection, as of October 16, 2026. The Claret Collection starts from $814,990 for the Sagecrest. Prices change with every release.

StoryBook also lists quick move-in homes in both collections. These are not always cheaper than building. A quick move-in price includes the options already chosen for that home, so compare it to the base price of the same plan. StoryBook does not publish lot premiums, so ask for the premium on the exact homesite you like.

What are the HOA and SID?

StoryBook's Brightridge pages say "No SIDS or LIDS." That is helpful, but still ask for the title report to confirm. Here is how SID and LID taxes work.

StoryBook does not publish an HOA amount for Brightridge. Ask for the exact HOA amount and what it covers, and read the HOA documents before you sign.

StoryBook's preferred lender is Toll Brothers Mortgage Company. StoryBook often runs limited-time offers, often tied to its own lender. Ask which offers are live on the day you visit, and get the terms in writing. Get an outside quote too, so you can compare the full cost.

StoryBook says its homes come with a 1-year builder warranty and a 10-year structural warranty, plus manufacturer warranties. Ask for the full Warranty Guide so you know what is covered in each year.

What is nearby?

StoryBook lists these schools for Brightridge: Forbuss Elementary, Faiss Middle School, and Sierra Vista High School. StoryBook says students attend Clark County schools. School zones change, so confirm the address with the Clark County School District.

StoryBook says Blue Diamond Road gives you quick access to shopping and dining, and that Red Rock Canyon and desert trails are close by.

Is Brightridge a good fit for you?

Brightridge fits a larger household. Every Jade plan has 5 bedrooms, and the Jade Collection starts under $550,000. The Claret Collection is a move-up choice for buyers who want close to 4,000 square feet and a 3-car garage. Both collections are two-story, so this is not the place for a buyer who wants a single-story home.

It is not a blanket registration, so it has to happen at Brightridge itself.
