Redpoint is a newer part of Summerlin West. It sits west of the 215 Beltway and north of Far Hills Ave, on high ground that looks out over the valley. Summerlin splits it into two districts: Redpoint and Redpoint Square.

Two districts, one area

Summerlin calls Redpoint and Redpoint Square districts, not villages. Redpoint Square sits along the north side, around Redpoint Dr up to Sky Vista Dr.
