The Aquatic Complex features indoor and outdoor pools. There are also 14 tennis courts and pickleball courts. Few neighborhoods in Henderson can match this lineup.

Great location. Whitney Ranch is 15 to 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and Harry Reid International Airport. Daily errands are easy with shopping and dining options all around the community. Living here means convenient access to just about everything.

Mature trees and established character. Unlike brand new communities with bare landscaping, Whitney Ranch has full grown trees that line the streets and parks. The neighborhood feels settled and shaded, which makes a real difference during the summer months.

The Cons
