Heartland Summit Phase V has two story, six bedroom plans from 3,774 to 4,418 square feet with three car garages, starting at about $721,000. If stairs are a problem, Heartland Manor Phase IV has single story, four bedroom homes from 2,300 to 2,754 square feet, starting at about $601,000. A four car garage version starts at about $634,000.

KB Home opened Sandstone at Tule Springs, at North 5th Street and the 215, on September 4, 2026. More than 1,500 homes are planned. The Reserves neighborhood has plans from 1,644 to 3,066 square feet with up to five bedrooms, starting in the mid $400,000s.

Both builders list Legacy High School as a nearby school. Nearby is not the same as zoned, so check your address on the CCSD zoning search.
