Skye Fitness is the 9,663 square foot fitness facility inside the Reverence Clubhouse, exclusive to Heights at Reverence residents. It is one of the largest private community fitness centers in Summerlin and was designed to function as a full gym replacement, not just a token amenity room.

Equipment and Layout

The facility includes a full range of cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowers) and a dedicated strength training area with free weights, machines, and functional training space. The layout is open and spacious, avoiding the cramped feel of smaller community fitness rooms.

The defining design feature is the floor to ceiling glass doors along one wall that open directly to the outdoors. This brings in natural light and mountain views during workouts, and during cooler months the doors can open fully to create an indoor outdoor training environment. At 3,200 feet elevation, the air quality and temperatures are noticeably better than the valley floor.

Group Fitness

Skye Fitness includes private rooms designated for group fitness classes. The community organizes regular programming including yoga, strength classes, and other group formats. Having dedicated class space means group sessions do not interfere with the main gym floor.

Compared to a Gym Membership

A comparable gym membership in the Las Vegas area runs $40 to $100 or more per month depending on the facility. Skye Fitness is included in the Reverence HOA, so there is no additional cost. For residents who would otherwise join a gym, this effectively offsets a portion of the monthly HOA fee.
