What Is Inside the R Club Recreation Center?

The R Club packs a full range of fitness and recreation options into one building. The weight and cardio room features state of the art equipment with views overlooking the outdoor pool area. A dedicated aerobics and stretch room hosts group fitness classes throughout the week. The facility also includes a full length indoor basketball court, racquetball courts, handball courts, and pickleball courts for competitive and casual play.

Beyond athletics, the R Club offers spaces designed for socializing and hobbies. The main lobby features a fireplace, piano, and overstuffed seating where residents gather or read from the community library. A billiards room, table tennis area, and craft rooms provide additional recreation. Meeting rooms, a card room, and a kitchen are available for neighborhood groups, private events, and community gatherings.

What Fitness Classes Does the R Club Offer?

The R Club runs a rotating schedule of group fitness classes led by certified instructors. Current offerings include Zumba, yoga, Tai Chi, boot camp, total body conditioning, stretch and flexibility training, and circuit training. Kids programs include yoga for kids and youth fitness training. Personal trainers are also available by appointment for residents who prefer one on one coaching. The center is open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The outdoor complex also includes a lighted basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, four lighted tennis courts, and a children's playground. A 2 mile circular walking path connects the recreation area to the rest of the community, passing landscaped ponds with resident ducks and geese along the way.
