Homeowners in Reverence at Summerlin pay approximately $200 per month in HOA dues, plus an additional $50 per month to the Summerlin master association. That brings the total monthly obligation to roughly $250, which covers a wide range of community services and amenities.

What the Reverence HOA Covers

The $200 monthly Reverence HOA fee funds the 24 hour guard gate staffing, common area landscaping throughout the community, street maintenance within the gates, and upkeep of shared amenities. For Heights residents, this includes the 16,000 square foot clubhouse, resort pool, lap pool, spa, Skye Fitness center, and lighted pickleball courts.

All Reverence residents benefit from the maintained walking trails, the eight acre Reverence Park with its tennis courts, basketball court, sand volleyball, playground, and amphitheater, and general community maintenance.

What the Summerlin Master Association Covers

The separate $50 monthly fee goes to the Summerlin Council, which manages the broader Summerlin master plan. This funds community parks outside of Reverence, the 200 plus mile trail system, recreation centers, public pools, and community events and programming that all Summerlin residents can access.

Starting January 2026, Summerlin master association fees saw a modest increase across all three sub associations (North, South, and West), with the Summerlin Council portion rising by $7 per month to $37 per household.
