Where Does Southern Highlands Sit in the Valley?

Southern Highlands occupies the southern foothills of the Las Vegas Valley, bounded by Cactus Avenue on the north, Jones Boulevard on the west, Interstate 15 and St. Rose Parkway on the east, and Larson Lane on the south. What Homes Are Selling For in Southern Highlands

Here is what actually closed. Las Vegas MLS records 113 home sales in Southern Highlands from July 25 through September 23, 2026, at a median price of $570,000.

Half of those sales landed between $479,990 and $750,000, so that middle band is the realistic range for most buyers.

Across the same sales, the median worked out to about $250 per square foot and the median home went under contract in about 28 days.

By property type, the medians were single family homes at $580,000 (105 sales) and townhomes at $383,500 (8 sales).
