What Draws Relocation Buyers to the Northwest Valley?

Newer homes and more space for the money bring many people here. Skye Canyon sits just off the 95 freeway at Skye Canyon Park Drive. Its official site lists three home builders: Century Communities, Toll Brothers, and LGI Homes, which builds townhomes. Residents share Skye Center, with the Aspire Coffee House, and Skye Fitness, which has a gym and a junior Olympic pool.

Centennial Hills is next door. The City of Las Vegas runs Centennial Hills Park, a 120 acre regional park near Buffalo Drive and Elkhorn Road. What Homes Are Selling For in Centennial Hills and Skye Canyon

Here is what actually closed. Las Vegas MLS records 341 home sales in Centennial Hills and Skye Canyon from September 2 through November 2, 2026, at a median price of $545,000.

Half of those sales landed between $421,250 and $725,450, so that middle band is the realistic range for most buyers.

Across the same sales, the median worked out to about $251 per square foot and the median home went under contract in about 32 days.

By property type, the medians were single family homes at $575,500 (312 sales), townhomes at $368,450 (20 sales) and condos at $245,000 (9 sales).
