Reverence in Summerlin features dedicated lighted pickleball courts as part of the Reverence Clubhouse amenity complex. The courts are exclusive to Heights residents and have become one of the most used amenities in the community since opening.

Court Details

The pickleball courts at Reverence are outdoor, hard surface courts with permanent nets and proper court markings. They are lighted, which means play extends well into the evening hours. This is particularly valuable in Las Vegas where summer daytime temperatures make outdoor activity uncomfortable, and evening play under lights is the preferred schedule from May through September.

The courts are located adjacent to the clubhouse, making it easy to combine a game with a workout at Skye Fitness or a cool down in the resort pool afterward.

Why Pickleball at Reverence Works

Pickleball has grown rapidly across the Las Vegas valley, and having courts within a guard gated community eliminates the need to drive to public courts or join a separate club. Public courts across the valley often have long wait times during peak hours, especially on weekends. Reverence residents avoid that entirely because the courts are limited to community members.

The community's demographic mix of active retirees, professionals, and families creates a built in player base at multiple skill levels. Informal games and organized play happen regularly, making it easy for new players to find partners.

Additional Court Sports at Reverence

Beyond pickleball, the eight acre Reverence Park adds two lighted tennis courts, a full sized lighted basketball court, and a lighted sand volleyball court. Between the clubhouse courts and the park, Reverence offers one of the most complete court sport packages of any guard gated community in Summerlin.

Local Insight

Ryan Rose has seen pickleball access become a deciding factor for buyers, especially active adults and retirees comparing guard gated communities. Reverence's lighted courts and walkable clubhouse location make them more practical than courts in communities where you have to drive to a separate facility. He recommends visiting during an evening session to see how active the courts are and get a feel for the community atmosphere.
