Where Are Builders Selling New Homes in Henderson?

Most new building in Henderson sits inside a few master plans. Cadence, off Lake Mead Parkway, covers 2,200 acres and plans up to 12,250 homes. Builders there include Beazer, Century Communities, D.R. Horton, Lennar, Richmond American, Taylor Morrison and Woodside. The Cadence FAQ says the community has no SID or LID fees.

KB Home opened Meriden on April 10, 2026. It has five neighborhoods near Galleria Drive and Stephanie Street, close to Interstate 11 and the 215. In southwest Henderson, Inspirada is closing out.
