Where Is Aliante Relative to Nellis and Creech?

Aliante sits in the northwest corner of North Las Vegas, around the Interstate 215 Beltway and Aliante Parkway. Nellis Air Force Base is roughly eight miles northeast of Las Vegas and covers more than 14,000 acres, so from Aliante the drive runs east across the Beltway side of the valley. Creech Air Force Base is about 35 miles northwest of Las Vegas, with its main gate on U.S. Highway 95 at the north end of Indian Springs, and Aliante feeds onto the 95 corridor without crossing the middle of town.

What Homes Are Selling For in Aliante

Here is what actually closed. Las Vegas MLS records 175 home sales in Aliante from July 25 through September 23, 2026, at a median price of $456,990.

Half of those sales landed between $370,000 and $530,000, so that middle band is the realistic range for most buyers.

Across the same sales, the median worked out to about $232 per square foot and the median home went under contract in about 24 days.

By property type, the medians were single family homes at $475,000 (145 sales) and townhomes at $329,000 (27 sales).
