Here is what actually closed. Las Vegas MLS records 228 home sales in Green Valley from July 25 through September 23, 2026, at a median price of $492,250.

Half of those sales landed between $387,500 and $649,750, so that middle band is the realistic range for most buyers.

Across the same sales, the median worked out to about $273 per square foot and the median home went under contract in about 36 days.

By property type, the medians were single family homes at $535,000 (176 sales), townhomes at $347,500 (26 sales) and condos at $247,000 (26 sales).
