Las Vegas has a significant number of guard gated communities, particularly in the western and southern portions of the valley. For buyers seeking controlled access, 24 hour security, and a private residential setting, Queensridge is one of the most established options. Here is how it compares to other guard gated neighborhoods in the area.

A guard gated community staffs its entry points with live security personnel who verify every visitor before granting access. This is distinct from "gated" communities that rely only on automated gates or key fob entry. Guard gated communities typically also employ roaming security patrols within the neighborhood, monitor common areas, and maintain strict visitor registration protocols. In Las Vegas, guard gated status is a significant differentiator in the luxury market.

Queensridge Security Infrastructure

Queensridge operates two staffed guard gates. The north entrance is located on Alta Drive and the south entrance on West Charleston Boulevard. Both gates are staffed around the clock.
