Skye Canyon launched in 2015 as a modern master planned community just northwest of Centennial Hills. Centennial Hills has been growing since the late 1990s and was officially named in 2001. For daily errands, Centennial Hills has a clear edge thanks to years of commercial development along the US 95 corridor. Skye Canyon residents often drive into Centennial Hills for groceries and dining, though new retail is gradually filling in.

Skye Canyon is ideal for buyers who want a brand new home in a modern community with a strong social calendar and contemporary design.
