Brio Tuscan Grille was an upscale Italian restaurant located at Tivoli Village, roughly five to ten minutes from The Cliffs guard gated village in Summerlin.

What Was Brio Tuscan Grille Known For?

Brio Tuscan Grille occupied a prominent space at 420 S Rampart Blvd inside Tivoli Village, where it served northern Italian cuisine in a Tuscan inspired setting. The menu featured signature dishes including grilled chicken Marsala, gorgonzola crusted beef medallions, double cut New Zealand lamb chops, and made to order pasta and flatbreads prepared in a wood burning oven. Brunch, lunch, and dinner service drew a loyal following from across the southwest Las Vegas valley.

The restaurant also offered a popular happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM, along with Wine Wednesday specials and Martini Thursday promotions. Brio's Tivoli Village location permanently closed after its parent company, FoodFirst Global Restaurants, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The brand continues to operate at other Las Vegas locations, including Brio Italian Grille at Town Square on Las Vegas Boulevard South.
