Toll Brothers' Elkhorn Grove in 89131 is gated, with four and five bedroom homes from 2,733 square feet and RV options, starting at $644,995. Lennar's The Estates in 89149 has single story homes from 3,783 to 4,240 square feet with up to six bedrooms and RV garages, starting at $1,094,990.

Skye Canyon itself is a 1,700 acre master plan by Olympia Companies. Century Communities' Terra at Skyeview offers three to five bedroom homes from 1,792 to 2,119 square feet, starting at $489,990. Toll Brothers' Paloma, with homes up to 2,900 square feet, has reached its final phase.
