Silverstone Ranch Home Styles & Floor Plans

by Ryan Rose

Silverstone Ranch home styles span single story and two story single family homes, Pinehurst townhomes, and larger estate homes, giving buyers a wide range of Pulte floor plans across this established northwest Las Vegas community.

What Home Styles Does Silverstone Ranch Offer?

Silverstone Ranch home styles cover nearly every layout a Las Vegas buyer might want. Pulte Homes built the community between 2003 and 2009, spreading roughly 1,471 to 1,526 homes across nine neighborhoods including Amberly, Clairbrook, Eastpoint, Greenfield, Parkfield, Somerset, Tuscany, Cottages, and Pinehurst. You will find one story and two story single family homes, attached townhomes in the Pinehurst pod, and larger estate homes on the biggest lots.

Home sizes range from about 1,348 square feet on the smaller plans up to roughly 3,853 square feet on the estate models. That spread means a first time buyer, a growing family, and a downsizer can all find a fit inside the same community.

Within those nine neighborhoods, the character shifts from pod to pod. Three of the nine are gated, and The Palms is guard gated, so buyers can choose between open access streets and a more private, secured entry depending on the home style and location they want.

What Floor Plans and Features Are Common?

Most Silverstone Ranch floor plans lean open and functional, a hallmark of the Pulte Princeville Collection and the other plans sold here. Three car garages are common, and many homes include private pools, covered patios, and built in barbecues that suit the warm Las Vegas climate.

Because the community wraps the former Silverstone golf course, more than half of the homes front the old fairways. Those lots historically offered open sightlines and extra space behind the home. The community is fully built out, so there is no new construction inside the gates, though nearby Skye Canyon and Centennial Hills still offer new builds for buyers who want something brand new.

The home styles here also span a wide price range. At the entry end, townhomes and smaller plans have historically started in the low $300,000s, while larger five and six bedroom homes reach into the low $700,000s, so buyers at very different budgets can shop the same community.
