Rhodes Ranch Home Styles and Floor Plans

by Ryan Rose

Rhodes Ranch features over 20 distinct floor plans across more than a dozen builders, offering home styles that range from 843 square foot condos to nearly 5,000 square foot custom estates. This variety makes the community one of the most architecturally diverse guard gated neighborhoods in southwest Las Vegas.

What Home Styles Are Found in Rhodes Ranch?

The community includes three main property types: condos and townhomes, standard single family homes, and estate residences. Condos are concentrated in The Falls at Apache Springs, a 360 unit complex built between 2003 and 2005 with one to three bedroom layouts ranging from 843 to 1,237 square feet. Single family homes make up the majority of the community and come in both single story and two story configurations, typically spanning 1,600 to 3,500 square feet with three to five bedrooms.

Estate properties occupy the largest lots, often 0.25 to 0.5 acres, and range from 3,500 to nearly 5,000 square feet. These homes frequently feature four to six bedrooms, three car garages, private pools, and outdoor entertainment areas. Architectural styles across the community lean heavily toward Mediterranean inspired design with tile roofs, stucco exteriors, and arched entryways, though newer construction from builders like Century Communities introduced more contemporary elements including open floor plans and multi slide glass walls.

Which Builders Created Rhodes Ranch Floor Plans?

More than a dozen production and semi custom builders contributed to Rhodes Ranch over its development from 1997 through the 2010s. Rhodes Homes, the builder founded by community developer Jim Rhodes, produced many of the original floor plans. Harmony Homes, Dunhill Homes, Richmond American, Pardee, KB Homes, Pulte, Del Webb, and D.R. Horton each developed specific sections with their own design signatures.

Century Communities entered later in the build out with The Estates at Rhodes Ranch, offering some of the most modern floor plans in the community. These designs emphasize flexibility with features like multi generational casitas, open air courtyards, and indoor outdoor living transitions. Ryan Rose finds that buyers appreciate the range of options because it means you can find everything from an efficient starter home to an expansive family estate within the same guard gated community.

How Do Sections Differ by Style?

Rhodes Ranch is organized into named sections, each with its own character. The Fairways, The Greens, The Irons, The Links, and The Majors line the golf course and tend to feature larger homes with premium views. Auburn Hills, Canyon Trail, Pacific Mist, Palms Bay, Spinnaker, and Summerchase offer mid range single family homes popular with families. The Champions, The Collection, Travina, and Tuscany contain some of the most upscale properties.

Standard section homes generally list between $350,000 and $550,000. Golf course homes range from $500,000 to $900,000, and estate properties start around $700,000 and climb past $1,200,000. Regardless of section, every homeowner enjoys the same guard gated security and access to the 35,000 square foot R Club, Fun Zone Water Park, and two mile walking path.
