MacDonald Highlands contains more than 16 distinct neighborhoods across its 1,320 acres, each with its own character, price range, and level of privacy. Understanding the layout is essential before touring because the community spans from intimate 8 lot custom enclaves to 120 unit attached home sections, with prices ranging from roughly $475,000 to over $25 million.
The Original Custom Home Enclaves
Five original neighborhoods were designed exclusively for custom builds on oversized lots. Lairmont is the most exclusive: a 12 acre enclave with only 16 golf course lots behind a private second gate, with prices starting above $1.2 million. Dragon Gate offers just 12 hillside lots on a single private street at elevated ridge positions.
