Here is what actually closed. Las Vegas MLS records 175 home sales in Aliante from July 25 through September 23, 2026, at a median price of $456,990.

Half of those sales landed between $370,000 and $530,000, so that middle band is the realistic range for most buyers.

Across the same sales, the median worked out to about $232 per square foot and the median home went under contract in about 24 days.

By property type, the medians were single family homes at $475,000 (145 sales) and townhomes at $329,000 (27 sales).
