Owners get full access to the Lake Las Vegas master amenities, including the Jack Nicklaus Signature Reflection Bay Golf Club, the marina, paddleboarding and electric boat cruises, the private white sand beach, and the cobblestone streets, shops, and restaurants of MonteLago Village. The 34-mile River Mountains Loop Trail connects Lake Las Vegas to Hoover Dam, Henderson, and Boulder City for walking and cycling.

The sales office sits at 128 Barkset Way, Henderson, NV 89011. Hours are Monday through Thursday 10 to 6, Friday 12 to 6, and Saturday and Sunday 10 to 6. Henderson Hospital is right at 1050 W. Galleria Drive, the I-215 Beltway is about 3 miles via Lake Mead Pkwy, and the Strip is roughly 25 minutes away.
